Fruits and nuts in soy milk in a bowl

Refreshing Fruit “Cereal”

Spoon up some refreshing chopped fruit served with dairy-free milk!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 dried apricots diced
  • 1 small golden delicious apple chopped into ½-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 small red apple chopped into ½-inch pieces
  • 4 dates seeded and chopped
  • cups soymilk
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon
  • 6 walnut halves broken into pieces

Method
 

  1. Divide fruit between two cereal bowls, layering in the order listed.
  2. Pour ice-cold soymilk in each bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon. If desired, add walnuts.

Notes

If you would like a warm breakfast, heat soymilk gently and pour over fruit cereal.
