Pretty Darn Smoothie Bowl

Enjoy a thick, fruity smoothie with seed toppings served in a bowl.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweet soymilk
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 frozen banana*
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or agave
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • Topping suggestions: goji berries chia seeds, fresh berries, pumpkin seeds, granola
  • *Remember to peel and chop the banana before freezing.

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients except toppings in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle with toppings.
