Ingredients
- 1 cup Plain Lowfat or Nonfat Yogurt
- 2 tsp. Dried rosemary or Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp. Garlic powder
- 1½ lbs. Boneless skinless chicken thighs
Instructions
- Combine yogurt, rosemary and garlic powder in a 1 gallon resealable plastic bag. Add chicken, seal and knead to evenly coat the meat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Transfer the chicken to the baking sheet, making sure to spread the pieces out as evenly as possible. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F and meat is cooked through.
Notes
Serve with whole grain pasta and a side salad.
