Fall Spice Snack Dippers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain low fat yogurt
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 cups frosted shredded wheat

Instructions

  • Mix yogurt and spices until well blended.
  • Dunk cereal pieces into dip and enjoy!
  • Keep leftover dip refrigerated.
