Ingredients
- 1 cup plain low fat yogurt
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 3 cups frosted shredded wheat
Instructions
- Mix yogurt and spices until well blended.
- Dunk cereal pieces into dip and enjoy!
- Keep leftover dip refrigerated.
