Low-Fat Orange Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup Rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chili or cumin powder


  • Put all ingredients in a jar with a lid. Close tightly.
  • Shake well.
