Berry Strong Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries frozen
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • 1 ¼ cup rolled oats
  • cup Greek Yogurt plain
  • 1 handful spinach fresh

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a high-power blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy.
