Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries frozen
- ¾ cup milk of choice
- 1 ¼ cup rolled oats
- ⅓ cup Greek Yogurt plain
- 1 handful spinach fresh
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a high-power blender.
- Blend until smooth.
