Berry Strong Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup blueberries frozen
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • 1 ¼ cup rolled oats
  • â…“ cup Greek Yogurt plain
  • 1 handful spinach fresh

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients into a high-power blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy.
