Peaches and Cream Waffle Topper

Creamy Greek yogurt and chunks of peach fill these sweet, cinnamon waffles.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup peeled pitted and chopped fresh peaches or drained and chopped canned peach slices
  • 1/2 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 frozen waffles

Method
 

  1. In small bowl fold together peaches and yogurt. Set aside.
  2. Toast waffles according to directions
  3. Spoon peach mixture onto waffles. Serve immediately.
