Salmon Cornmeal Patties

Quick and easy, use patties as a snack, for a sandwich, or for dinner with brown rice and a veggie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can canned salmon drained
  • 1 egg
  • cup cornmeal
  • cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the drained can of salmon, egg, and cornmeal
  • Form tightly packed patties
  • Add olive oil to pan over medium heat
  • Add patties
  • Flip when the underside of the patty turns brown and brown the other side
  • Enjoy!
