Servings: 6 patties
Ingredients
- 1 can canned salmon drained
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup cornmeal
- ⅛ cup olive oil
Instructions
- Mix together the drained can of salmon, egg, and cornmeal
- Form tightly packed patties
- Add olive oil to pan over medium heat
- Add patties
- Flip when the underside of the patty turns brown and brown the other side
- Enjoy!
