Ingredients
Method
- Slice the zucchinis into disks
- Place on a lined baking sheet
- Bake at 350° F for 10 mins
- Mix the garlic powder and oregano together into the tomato sauce
- Add sauce on top of the zucchini slices
- Top with mozzarella cheese
- Bake at 350° for another 10 mins
