- Jams or jellies.
- Fruit juice or cider.
- Nuts or seeds.
- Eggs.
- Baked goods (for example: bread, cookies, pastries).
- Seafood and meats.
- Milk and cheese.
How to Use and Track Your Benefits
How to use your benefits:
At an authorized market, find eligible items you want.
Use the QR code on your SFMNP card or in the SFMNP app to pay for those items.
The vendor will:
· Scan your QR code.
· Enter in the total amount.
You will:
· Review the total amount on the vendors device.
· Enter in your 4-digit pin to approve the purchase.
How to keep track of your benefits:
Use My Benefits in the app to see your current benefit balance.
· This balance will automatically update with each purchase.
Track items you bought by using Purchase History in the app.
How to Find a Market
1. Using the app:
· Tap on the Farmers Market Locations button on the main app screen.
· The app will show you markets closest to you first.

3. Looking for the sign below and/or ask if they take Senior Farmers Market benefits.

You have a few choices when you have questions or need help.
1. To enroll or get benefits.
Contact your local area agency on aging office listed here.
2. Call a customer service representative.
- Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Sunday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Call our customer care line at 1-800-841-1410, press option 1, then option 2.
A customer service representative can help you:
- Reset or change a PIN.
- Report a lost, stolen, or damaged card.
- Check your benefit balance and benefits end date.
- Problem solve an issue you may have using benefits at the market.
They can also assist you when an interpreter is needed.
3. Call the automated card line.
You can call 1-844-359-3104 any time day or night to:
- Change your PIN (Personal Identification Number).
- Check your benefits balance.
- Hear transactions made on your card.
- Hear what benefits are still available.
- Hear when your benefits expire.
Be Aware: Your PIN will be locked after 4 unsuccessful tries. Locked PINS are unlocked after midnight.
4. Email a customer service representative.
For issues that aren’t time sensitive or are outside of business hours, send an email to [email protected].
Be sure to include:
- Your name
- Your phone number.
- The number on the front of your SFMNP card.
- A brief description of the issue.
