Ingredients
  

  • 2 papayas
  • 1 11 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 banana peeled and sliced
  • 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ¾ cup non-fat vanilla yogurt

Method
 

  1. Cut papaya in half lengthwise; scoop out and discard the seeds.
  2. Add ½ cup of yogurt in the center of each papaya half.
  3. Top with mandarin oranges, banana, kiwi and berries.
  4. Sprinkle with granola or cereal, if you wish.
